Snap Yakka operates on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure hosted in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. Input parameters, generated drawings, and 3D models may be stored temporarily on AWS servers to facilitate processing and delivery.
We retain design session data for a limited period for fault-tolerance and support purposes, after which it is deleted.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
